x2800

The x2800 is the strongest French railcar designed to carry cars on rough lines and mountain lines. It ran from 1957 to 2009. It's also known as “U-825” since its engine is 825 hp powered. This machine ran on the whole France for regional lines.

In the 2000's the Association des passionées de l'X2800 (Association of the X2800's passionates) was founded to maintaine these machines.
